Iphigénie Fossati-Kotz is a senior legal executive with more than 15 years of experience serving as General Counsel, leading legal strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for global, data-driven and technology-enabled organizations. She began her career in private practice and holds degrees in law and political science, bringing a cross-jurisdictional perspective to regulatory frameworks and public governance informed by both legal and policy expertise.

Her work focuses on board-level governance, risk oversight, and compliance in complex, highly regulated environments, with particular emphasis on the governance of AI, data, and emerging technologies. In addition to her executive leadership roles, Iphigénie delivers executive-level corporate governance training.
